My Baby

There have been signs that Sunshine is all girl. Small ones, though Lance would say he knew she was different from the beginning. I beg to differ.
(She is a lot like me though. She hates mess. Hates it. Which of course, I love.)
Most recently, Sunshine has shown quite a bit of interest in dolls.
A baby to be exact.
With American Girl opening in Houston, I decided this was THE WEEK!
And so, Grandpa took Sunshine shopping today.
She was in heaven. Heaven.
She literally squealed with delight in the car while clutching her new baby.

I have to admit the store was pretty cool, and we went at the perfect time. My first time there! I just couldn’t believe how much she loved it!!

I told Lance that under “normal” circumstances, I should be pregnant. He didn’t even laugh at me.
I am really trying to enjoy this stage so much. I know there will always be something to regret or miss, but for now I think I’m doing okay with it. Seriously, you would have died watching her!!!

She does. It cracks me up how sweet she is with her baby. SHe won’t leave her crib without her. LOVE it!!!

I LOVE these pictures, amazing the happiness on Sunshine’s face. She is every bit a little girl! Never having a girl or so far a grandaughter I’m living the baby girl experience thru you & I love it! It’s been so crazy at my house & last time I checked your blog was 2 days ago & what a wonderful suprise I had tonight! Hoping to see Miss Sunshine & her baby soon!
