I constantly talk about how cool it is that Goose loves football and sports in general. This morning, he took out his sports coat to wear to church. After getting dressed he told me that this is what he is going to wear when he works for ESPN.
I’m wife to Lance, mom to a troupe of four boys and one girl. I’m Catholic, a wannabe homeschooler, obsessed with Children’s books, Snoopy and the Texas Longhorns. While I haven’t really converted Lance, he lets me watch games in peace, has been to the National Championship Games with me and knows not to invite people over when I’m watching a game.

Wouldn’t that be perfect?! You guys would have a built in argument over the Longhorns and Alabama. I wonder if he would still ask who “you would cheer for” questions.

Thanks, Denise. He is every dad’s dream. This morning, he started asking who won last year: Texans or Titans, who we play in two weeks and who was I cheering for tonight. His is a sponge with this stuff!
